FLIN.pro provides information and contact referrals. The advisers, lawyers, specialists and other service providers in the FLIN network operate as legally independent professionals, under their own responsibility and for their own account.

The portal operator identified in this policy processes your contact details and enquiry to handle your request and, where you request a referral, to direct it to a suitable professional. Only data necessary for that purpose may be shared, on a valid legal basis. Where processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies; where a disclosure requires consent, it will be requested beforehand and separately. Please do not send confidential documents or particularly sensitive data in your initial enquiry.

A professional receiving your enquiry and processing data for their own advice, engagement or invoicing acts as an independent controller for those activities and must provide their own privacy information. Identifying the portal operator does not make that operator exclusively responsible for the providers’ own processing. You will receive transparent information about the recipient and the relevant circumstances of a disclosure.

A referral does not authorise indiscriminate distribution of your data throughout the network or its use for advertising.
